Elevator Registration

According to Ministerial Decision 22110/2024 (Government Gazette B’ 2663), it is mandatory to electronically register all elevators on the official platform of the Ministry of Development:

The submission concerns all elevators, regardless of age, condition, or previous declarations, and must be completed by November 30, 2025.

⚠️ Non-compliance may result in administrative fines of up to €5,000.

🧾 Registration Instructions:

  1. Log in using your personal Taxisnet credentials (owner or building manager).

  2. Select “New Elevator Registration.”

  3. Locate the property:

    • If you know the Cadastral Code (ΚΑΕΚ), enter it directly.

    • If not, click “I don’t know” and locate it via the Land Registry application.

  4. The “Location” and “Address” fields are filled automatically once you paste the Cadastral Code.

  5. In the “Other Information” section, provide a contact phone number.

  6. Under “Role,” select:

    • Owner or Building Manager

    • Then enter the VAT number of the maintenance company.

      • Mathioudakis Elevators VAT Number: 998254137

  7. For the question: “Has a registration decision/certificate been issued by the Municipality?”
    ➤ Recommended: “I don’t know” (to proceed with the process)

  8. Fill in:

    • Year of installation (Usually matches the building permit date)

    • Number of stops, not floors (e.g., a building with basement + ground floor + 6 floors = 8 stops)

  9. For the following questions:

    • Declaration of compliance → Select “I don’t know”

    • Active or past certification → Select “I don’t know”

  10. Click “Save Temporarily.”

  11. Under “My Elevators,” click “Finalize.”

✅ The process is complete!

Important Notes:

  • Registration applies to all elevators, even those not in use or decommissioned.

  • If an elevator has been out of service for more than 3 months, there is a relevant declaration field.

  • If you wish, we can handle the entire registration process for you for a symbolic fee.
