Installation
The installation is carried out by our highly trained personnel, following the applicable legislation in any case.
The installation uses reliable and branded materials accompanied by a CE certificate or declaration of conformity based on European Union regulations.
We undertake all types of lifting machine installation, with our main concern being the good quality-price ratio.

Certification
The lift certification ensures compliance with the safety standards required by law. Based on the legislation (JMD 2604/B/2008), a competent body must certify all installed lifts.
All new installations carried out by our company are subjected to a technical control per unit or a final inspection. An inspection certificate issuance is immediately carried out and included in the installation’s technical documentation.
For the already installed elevators, the certification companies expose all the necessary and recommended works that should be done after the first visit to the building. Then our office undertakes the upgrade and certification of your lift.

Upgrade
The upgrade in many lifts is necessary to comply with all safety measures and to issue a Certificate of Good Operation.
The certificate in question is necessary for the lift registration in the Development Directorate of the Prefectural Government, where the record of installed lifts is kept.
According to applicable law, all owners, managers, or legal representatives must complete the registration process.
The upgrade varies, depending on the lift.
The amount of upgrade work required in an elevator depends on the following factors:
- Installation date
- Lift type (Hydraulic/Electric)
- Chamber/well dimension
- Periodic inspection
- Regular maintenance
